Thank you for taking the quiz.

Find your score below to see what it may mean for your relationship.

9 to 11: You have a conscious partnership. You and your partner have built something many people long for: room to be honest, the ability to repair, and a shared commitment to growth. Keep tending it. Even strong relationships deepen when both people keep choosing each other.

5 to 8: You have a solid foundation. There is real strength in your relationship, along with a few areas that could use more attention. Small, consistent changes, like softening how hard conversations begin or making repair a habit, can make a meaningful difference. The chapters on communication and love as a practice are a good place to start.

0 to 4: Trauma may be overshadowing your relationship.
What you’re experiencing may have less to do with compatibility than with old wounds surfacing in the present. That’s common, and it’s workable. An objective third party, someone who isn’t close to either of you and has no stake in the outcome, can help you both see the pattern more clearly. The Finding Support section of the Eclipse of the Heart book lists places to begin. If you’d like to work with me, you’re welcome to schedule a discovery call, either together or on your own.

Note: This quiz reflects one partner’s view. Consider having your partner take it too; comparing your results can open a meaningful conversation.
